License terms of the Period Genius course for Workshops

The Period Genius Course (PG) program is a copyrighted product of Natural Womanhood.

With the “Period Genius Course for Workshops” license you have the right to:

1. Provide and lead a live workshop for mothers and their daughters using PG’s 10
video series. The workshop will be in person.
2. Get paid for the workshop at a rate you define.
3. Show the videos to a group of parents / daughters.
4. Use our lesson plan to introduce the videos and engage the parents and their
daughters in a conversation.
5. Provide parents who attend the workshop with a unique URL link so that they can
download the accompanying PDF Guide to the Science of Fertility for free.
6. Provide parents who attend the workshop with a unique URL link so that they can
purchase the 1-year PG online course at a 50% discount rate.

You may not:
1. Share the PG videos with anyone who has not signed up and, if applicable, paid for
the PG workshop.
2. Download copies of the videos or record the videos for use outside the PG
workshop.
3. Create your own class or curriculum based on the PG videos and curriculum.
4. Record your workshop to show to clients instead of a live workshop
5. Share any of the PG PDF guides with your clients or anyone (they will need to get
them from us).
6. Sublease or transfer this license to anyone.
7. Allow someone else than your designated teachers to lead the PG workshop on your
behalf.
