License terms of the Period Genius Video Series for FAM professionals

The Period Genius video series (PG) is a copyrighted product of Natural Womanhood.

With the “License for FAM/NFP instructors and health professionals” you have the right to:

• Provide and lead a live class for mothers and their daughters using the PG's 10 video series. The class will be in person or video conference.
• Get paid for the class at a rate you define (recommended $100 per child for the entire course and no less than $50 per child).
• Show the videos to a group of up to 15 mother/daughter clients at a time, either in person or on a video conference.
• Decide how to present the videos (in 10 sessions, 5 sessions, or fewer).
• Use our lesson plan to introduce the videos and engage the mothers and their daughters in a conversation.
• Record your first session solely to share it with parents who missed it.
• Provide parents who purchase the class from you with a unique URL link so that they can download the accompanying PDF Guide to the Science of Fertility for free.

You may not:

• Share the PG videos with anyone who has not signed up and paid for the PG class.
• Have classes with more than 15 parent/daughter clients at a time.
• Download copies of the videos or record the videos for use outside the PG class.
• Create your own class or curriculum based on the PG videos and curriculum.
• Record your class to show to clients instead of a live class (except as defined above).
• Share any of the PG PDF guides with your clients or anyone (they will need to get them from us).
• Sublease or transfer this license to anyone.
• Allow someone else other than you to teach the PG class on your behalf.
